The aim of this project is to design a Smart IoT based Water level sensing alarm to integrate with the smart home system. Following are the specifications of the board.
- Operate on battery
- Must be installable in the overhead water tank
- Must be installable in the overhead water tank
- Sensor to read the water level
- Connect to internet
- Transmit data every 7 minutes to the server
- Battery must be chargeable
- Plastic enclosure for the entire electronics
- Device must send the battery status and water level status to the server
- Server could be a mobile phone
- Alarms if the battery is low on power, dead storage of the tank
- Operating temperature -> 0 to 50 degC
- Circuit must consume as low power as possible (calculations to be performed and battery life to be calculated)
