Which among the digital and analog circuits are more susceptible to RF noise?

Analog circuits are more susceptible to noise from digital circuits, RF noise. This is one of the reason why why we have to take more care in Analog circuit design as they are more susceptible. Analog and Digital grounds are separated to avoid Digital noise affecting analog circuitry.
