The ES4L15BA1 from Kaga Fei Co Ltd is a worlds smallest Bluetooth 6.0 Module. The module is intended to be used for IoT applications especially market segments like the wearable and is pre certified for Bluetooth, MIC (Japan), FCC (USA), ISED (Canada). ES4L15BA1 module has built-in antenna. ES4L15BA1 is based on the nRF54L15 SoC from Nordic semiconductor. Company claims samples are available for this module from February 2025. The size of this module is 3.25 mm x 8.55 mm and is available in WLCSP package. This module also supports 802.15.4 protocols like Matter, Thread, Zigbee.
