I want to implement Bluetooth feature in my board to wireless transmit UART data.But in the web i found the info only on HC-05 module. But using a module is not suggested on PCB as i need to provide qualification for Vibration test. Are there any ICs like HC-05 which can convert the data on Bluetooth to UART so that i can read it with an UART?

As you are looking for a module which can be soldered on the board, you can think of ESP32 as an option.
