- Piezo Electric sensor is used to sense if there is any vibration
- LM393 is used as Comparator
- 4.7K and 10K are voltage divider circuit which sets the threshold voltage
- The 1M POT is adjusted such that when there is vibration the voltage on non-inverting terminal exceeds the threshold voltage
- When there is no vibration, the voltage on non-inverting terminal is more than inverting terminal and output of Comparator is HIGH. This means LED is OFF
- When there is vibration, the voltage on non-inverting terminal is less than inverting terminal and output of Comparator is LOW. This means LED is ON
