2nm from TSMC

As per several tech reports, it is expected that TSMC is expected to have 2nm in mass production by 2024. This is going to be a giant leap for them and have superiority over Samsung, Intel. It is expected that these 2nm processor chips power the Apple devices. along with Apple, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, AMD might use chips fabricated using the 2nm technology. While the previous generations used FinFET (Field Effect Transistor), they plan to use MBCFET (Multi-Bridge channel Field Effect Transistor) for the 2nm chips. One has to remember that mainstream cost of the fabrication is also going to increase with nm technology improvement.
