Infineon Technologies has announced that they have completed acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor. Cypress adds micro controllers, sensing components, memories to the Infineon . With this acquisition, Infineon and Cypress together now serve the system solutions in Automotive, Industrial and IoT markets.
The acquisition helps Infineon to become one of world's top 10 semiconductor manufacturers.
